BIG Property Investments introduced me to a fantastic property in South Hedland with a 12% yield and $50,000 a year positive cashflow. I had no hesitation in snapping up this deal although it was more than I was orrigainally going to spend. The immediate equity in the property was $120,000 and within a year we may be able to subdivide and build again. This will mean I can retire years earlier than I had planed!

Although the land registration was delayed slightly, we were not fussed as the land values had increased / so a delay of a few months was not an issue.

I got in touch with Paul at BIG Property Investments almost 2 years back and since then have got really good insights into cash flow property acquisition and finance / loan structures. I can’t believe I have been wasting my time on negatively geared property for so many years!

My broker told me I could not purchase any more property and I had “hit the financial brick wall”. Having not undertaken any type of development before we were not sure where to start.The team at BIG and DUPLEX INVEST took care of everything.

I can’t speak any higher of the team at BIG Property Investments, Paul in particular.

The was my first investment out of state and it was as easy as it I was building in my own street. I was nervous about building a duplex as I hear it was extremely complicated and hard to get through council. This wasn’t the case with the approvals taking just under 2 months and construction taking 6 months – as promised.

Construction has just completed and the project was tenanted straight away with just over a 6.5% return.

We are waiting for the subdivision and strata to be be completed so we can access the equity and undertake another project with BIG. We hope to see about $150,000.
